Only 2% of knowledge workers feel they are currently working in a perfect workspace. 81% would consider turning down a job offer if the workspace didn't meet their expectations.

What do Finns prioritize when thinking about workspaces?
What kind of workspace is considered desirable?
What will future workspaces look like?
What should companies do to encourage their employees to come to the workplace?

Finnish working culture has changed radically in recent years, and flexibility for working is here to stay. At the same time, employees and companies see the workspace as a place for interactions and a bolster to a company's brand and culture.

In the Future Workspace 2022 launch event, we will delve into the trends shaping workspace.

  • The changing role of the workspace to a place of innovation and interaction
  • Workspace as a catalyst of employee well-being, satisfaction, and talent acquisition
  • Future workspace needs and expectations

The event is based on the findings of the Future Workspace 2022 report.
